Ingredients
2 cupscornflakescrushed
1/2 cupunsalted buttermelted
1 cupbrown sugar
1 cupmarshmallowsmini
1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cupsweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4 teaspoonsalt
Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until the cornflakes are well coated.
3Press the cornflake mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even layer.
4Evenly sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the cornflake crust.
5In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat gently, stirring, until the mixture is smooth and warm.
6Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture evenly over the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
7Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
8Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan set on a wire rack.
9Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into 12 equal pieces.
