1/4 cupDijon mustard
3 tablespoonshoney
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonlemon juicefreshly squeezed
2 clovesgarlicminced
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonblack pepperfreshly ground
Instructions
1In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
3Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
4Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place the fillets skin-side down on the grill.
5Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.
6Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
7Serve the grilled salmon hot, drizzled with any remaining marinade that was set aside before marinating.
