1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlicminced
1 teaspoon gingergrated
Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
2In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the wings evenly.
3Arrange the coated chicken wings on the prepared wire rack in a single layer.
4Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
5While the wings are baking, prepare the sweet chili sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
7Pour the prepared sweet chili sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
8Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
