1/4 cupolive oil

Instructions
1In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
4Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the salmon from sticking.
5Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill, skin side down. Discard the leftover marinade.
6Grill the salmon for about 6 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.
7Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
8Garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.
