Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2 In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in ice water, a tablespoon at a time, until dough forms.
  3. 3 Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Transfer to the pie pan and trim the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  4. 4 Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5 In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
