Ingredients
4 pieceschicken breastboneless and skinless
1/4 cupharissa paste
1/4 cupolive oil
2 tablespoonslemon juicefreshly squeezed

Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
2Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
3Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
5Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
7Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
