Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest to create the marinade.
2Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and ensure they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for best results.
3Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
4Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Discard the remaining marinade.
5Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
