Ingredients

Hummus

Instructions

  1. 1 In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.
  2. 2 Process the mixture until smooth, about 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. 3 With the processor running, slowly add cold water until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.
